2028 DB/WR Keith Nolan Jr: Stone Bridge HS (VA)

ASHBURN, VA – Rising sophomore Keith Nolan Jr. is already making waves in the high school football world, and after a standout performance at the Spotlight 39 Pro Day Camp, the 6’1”, 180-pound two-way athlete from Stone Bridge High School has his eyes locked on a breakout 2024 season.

Nolan, who sports an impressive 4.09 GPA, turned heads at the nationally recognized camp, showcasing his versatility and football IQ at defensive back and wide receiver. He walked away with the Defensive Back MVP honor, but says the true win came from what he learned and who he met.

“My experience at the Spotlight Pro Day camp was very exciting,” Nolan said. “What I took away from it was better techniques and understanding at the DB position, and connections with amazing and experienced coaches.”

The MVP recognition stood out, but it was the relationships that meant the most.

“The most valuable part of the camp for me was getting connected with coaches such as Coach Savage and Coach Plez,” he added.

Now, with his freshman season behind him, Nolan is fully focused on building his body and refining his game ahead of a pivotal sophomore campaign.

“My main focus this offseason is to prepare for my upcoming sophomore year,” Nolan said. “I’m continuing to strengthen and condition my body, attend camps to get noticed by colleges, and continuing to train and enhance my skills on the field.”

That preparation includes a loaded summer schedule with visits and camps at prestigious programs such as James Madison, Brown, Boston College, and Princeton University.

As for the fall, Nolan has clear goals on both a personal and team level.

“My personal goal this upcoming season is to start and dominate on both sides of the ball,” he said. “My team goal would be to make a run for the state championship. We didn’t perform how we wanted last year and we hope it was a minor setback for a major comeback.”

If his early work ethic and accolades are any sign of what’s to come, expect Keith Nolan Jr. to be a name college coaches and fans alike will be hearing a lot more from in the years ahead.
